Scope
This document specifies the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, micro-low carbon manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride and metallic manganese by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry, potassium fluorosilicate titration and perchloric acid gravimetric method. This document is applicable to the determination of silicon content in ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, micro-low carbon manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride and metallic manganese. Measuring range (mass fraction): 0.10%~40.00%. Method 1: molybdenum blue spectrophotometry, suitable for the determination of silicon content in metal manganese, the measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.10%~2.00%; method 2: potassium fluorosilicate titration method, suitable for manganese-silicon alloy, micro-low carbon Determination of silicon content in manganese-silicon alloy, measurement range (mass fraction) 12.00%~40.00%; method three: perchloric acid gravimetric method, suitable for ferromanganese, manganese-silicon alloy, micro-low carbon manganese-silicon alloy, ferromanganese nitride 1. Determination of silicon content in metal manganese, the determination range (mass fraction) is 0.50%~40.00%.
