Scope: This document gives an overview of the salt spray test method for aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized film and organic polymer film, and specifies the test conditions, reagents, equipment, samples, test procedures, result presentation and test report. This document is applicable to the determination of the salt spray corrosion resistance of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films, anodized composite films, and organic polymer films.
