This document specifies the product requirements, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging and storage of lotus root powder, gives product classification and grading, and describes the test methods. This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of lotus root starch. This document does not apply to products with a pure lotus root starch content of less than 50%, or to products with non-lotus root starch added.
