This document describes the measurement method of sound pressure and sound intensity, and in order to determine the sound power level of transformers, reactors and cooling equipment installed. Note: The term "transformer" in this document refers to "transformer and reactor". These methods apply to transformers and reactors in compliance with GB/T 1094.1, GB/T 1094.6 and GB/T 18494 (all parts) and the cooling equipment in which they are installed (regardless of whether they are installed directly on the transformer or placed independently). This document applies to noise measurements performed in factories. For the measurement in the field, due to the influence of adjacent objects (including other transformers), the measurement conditions in the field are quite different from those in the factory. However, when it is necessary to perform noise measurements on site, the general rules given in this document can still be followed.
