Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for feed additive cellulase sampling, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life, and describes the test methods. This document is applicable to the feed additive cellulase produced by fermenting the strains specified in the "Catalogue of Feed Additives", after separation and purification, with or without adding carriers.
