- This document describes the silver salt method, hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of total arsenic in feedstuffs. This document is applicable to the determination of total arsenic in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplement, additive premix feed, feed raw materials and feed additives. When the sample volume was 5 g and the constant volume was 50 mL, the detection limit of the silver salt method was 0.25 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 0.
