- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of aflatoxin, zearalenone and T-2 toxin content in feed. This standard applies to the content of aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, aflatoxin G2, zearalenone and T-2 toxin in single feed, compound feed, concentrated feed, and additive premixed feed Determination. The detection limit of each aflatoxin and T-2 toxin in this standard is 1.0 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation is 2.0 μg/kg; the detection limit of zearalenone is 5.0 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 10.0 μg/kg.
