- This document describes flame atomic absorption spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of cadmium in feed. This document is applicable to the determination of cadmium in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplement, additive premix feed, feed additive and feed raw materials. In this document, when the sampling volume is 5 g and the constant volume is 50 mL, the detection limit of flame atomic absorption spectrometry is 0.08 mg/kg, quantitative/kg; when the sampling volume is 0./kg, the detection limit is 0.20 mg
