Scope

This standard specifies the statistical and calculation methods, classification indicators, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit per unit product of general Portland cement. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption limit per unit product of ordinary Portland cement in Henan Province.
