Scope
This standard stipulates the grading indicators, energy-saving management and measures, and energy-saving supervision for unit product energy consumption limits in the main processes of crude steel production in Henan Province. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption in the sintering process (excluding pellets), blast furnace process, converter process, and electric furnace process of Henan steel enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new equipment.
