Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of D-panthenol, a raw material for cosmetics. This standard applies to D-panthenol, a raw material for cosmetics, produced by the reaction of D-pantolactone (including D-pantolactone produced by microbial enzymatic or chemical methods) and 3-aminopropanol.
