This standard specifies the terms and definitions, production area, regional environmental characteristics, production technical specifications, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Songjiang rice. This standard applies to Songjiang rice produced within the scope of protection approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
