This standard specifies the technical performance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of non-lubricated reciprocating piston high-purity nitrogen compressors (hereinafter referred to as nitrogen compressors). This standard applies to nitrogen compressors with a suction pressure greater than or equal to 0.001 MPa, a rated exhaust pressure less than or equal to 16.5 MPa, and a nominal piston force not greater than 120 kN. Other high-purity gas compressors can also be implemented with reference.
