Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for AC ultrahigh-pressure mercury lamps used in microdisplay projectors. This standard applies to AC ultra-high pressure mercury lamps (lamps for short) used in microdisplay projectors.
