This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of industrial tungsten-rhenium thermocouples. This standard applies to non-detachable industrial tungsten-rhenium thermocouples (hereinafter referred to as thermocouples) with protective tubes whose temperature range is not higher than 1500°C and whose indexing table complies with GB/T 29822. For other types or industrial tungsten-rhenium thermocouples with a temperature range higher than 1500°C, all or part of the provisions of this standard may be adopted by reference.
