Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy conservation management and measures for the quota of energy consumption per unit product of styrene (referred to as energy consumption). This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation method (pure ethylene method, dry gas method) and co-oxidation styrene production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction or expansion projects.
