This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silicon nitride ceramic insulators used in polysilicon production. This standard applies to silicon nitride ceramic insulators (hereinafter referred to as "insulators") for polysilicon production. This product is used as an electrode protection device for solar polysilicon production furnaces. Other application fields can refer to it.
