Scope

This standard specifies the benchmark and alternative methods for chemical analysis of flue gas desulfurization gypsum. This standard is applicable to the chemical composition analysis of flue gas desulfurization gypsum with calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO?2HO) as the main component produced by desulfurization and purification of sulfur-containing flue gas using the limestone/lime-gypsum wet method.
