This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types and models, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of eccentric semi-ball valves. This standard applies to eccentric semi-ball valves with nominal sizes from DN 40 to DN 2000, maximum allowable working pressure not greater than 6.3 MPa, and the medium is water, slurry or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
