This standard specifies the emission control requirements for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during surface coating operations during the production process of the automobile manufacturing industry within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. This standard applies to VOCs emission control of existing automobile manufacturing enterprises, as well as environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects, and VOCs emission control of post-construction pollution sources.
