Scope
This standard specifies the system composition, basic functions, performance requirements, system monitoring and management, vehicle requirements, power requirements, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, General requirements for service life, reliability, environmental adaptability, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, etc. This standard applies to vehicle-mounted satellite communication earth stations operating in the Ku frequency band and used in mobile geostationary orbit satellite fixed services.
