Scope: This standard stipulates the basic requirements, approval procedures, sub-item procedures, methods for determining compatibility groups and classification codes, and classification test items for Class 1 dangerous goods (explosives) in GB6944 "Classification and Product Name Code of Dangerous Goods" . This standard applies to the classification of the hazards of the following explosive substances or products before they are proposed for consignment: a. Unclassified various substances or products with deflagration or explosive properties (except for strategic missiles and nuclear weapons); b. Explosives that have been classified, but have major changes in principle, performance, formula, structure, material or packaging, which may increase or reduce the risk of transportation and affect their classification code. This standard does not apply to the assessment of the following hazards: a. The hazards of explosives in the production process; b. The hazards of unpackaged explosives during transportation; c. Due to the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic fields The dangers caused; d. The dangers caused by improper operation or illegal operation; e. The special dangers under other abnormal transportation conditions.
