Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements for the approval and hazard classification of explosives (class 1 dangerous goods specified in GB 6944), including approval procedures, sub-item procedures, determination of compatibility groups and assembly requirements, and sub-item test items . This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of various "substances with deflagration or explosive properties" or their products (except missiles and nuclear weapons). This standard does not apply to the risk assessment of the following: a) Explosives in the production process Danger; b) the danger of unpackaged explosive substances during transportation; c) the danger caused by the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic field; d) the danger caused by improper operation or illegal operation; e) other abnormal transportation conditions special risk.
