Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements, approval procedures, sub-item procedures, determination of compatibility groups, assembly requirements, and sub-item test items for explosives (Class 1 dangerous goods specified in GB 6944). This standard applies to various substances ¹ or their products with deflagration or explosive properties (except for strategic missiles and nuclear weapons). This standard does not apply to the assessment of the following hazards: a) the hazards of explosives in the production process; b) the hazards of unpackaged explosives during transportation; c) the hazards caused by electrostatic or electromagnetic fields d) Dangers caused by improper operation or illegal operation; e) Special dangers under other abnormal transport conditions.
