This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, packaging, marking, storage and transportation, and safety of industrial gas propane/natural gas mixtures. This standard applies to propane/natural gas mixtures prepared from natural gas and propane as raw materials. Industrial gas propane/natural gas mixtures are mainly used for metal cutting, welding, heat treatment, etc. This standard does not apply to propane/natural gas mixtures with additives.
