Scope

This standard describes the state of art of facilities for the production of carbon and graphite materials including storing and transportation of raw- and auxiliary materials as well as of intermediate and final products, furthermore the input material preparation (milling and classification) independently of any legal demands of authorisation or of permission needed for these facilities. The handling and minimisation of waste material and of waste water quantities are taken into account in the description of the production steps.
