- The goal is to give general and plant-specific guidance derived from practical experience on this complex topic of contractual liability relating to technical warranties for the relevant systems employed in the removal and reduction of particulate and/or gaseous substances from gas streams, e.g. cyclones, baffle separators, filters, electrostatic precipitators, dust scrubbers, absorptive separators, adsorptive separators, biofilters and/or bioscrubbers, catalytic waste gas cleaning and theraml waste gas cleaning. This guidance is to improve cooperation between entrepenereurs, lawyers, engineers and scientists on both sides in drafting and performance of contracts.
