Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements for aircraft ground static variable power supplies (hereinafter referred to as static variable power supplies). This standard applies to AC 400 Hz, 115 V/200 V and DC 28 V static variable power supplies that provide electrical energy to aircraft.
