- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and content of the purchase order (or contract) for industrial silicon. This standard is applicable to industrial silicon produced by smelting carbonaceous reducing agent and silica in submerged arc furnace, mainly used for preparing alloys, preparing polysilicon and producing organic silicon, etc.
