- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and content of the order form or contract for industrial silicon. This standard applies to industrial silicon produced by smelting carbonaceous reducing agents and silica in submerged arc furnaces, and is mainly used for the preparation of alloys, the preparation of polysilicon and the production of organic silicon.
