Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for molten aluminum and aluminum alloys, production process process control, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate and order (or contract) content. This standard applies to molten aluminum and aluminum alloys (hereinafter referred to as liquid aluminum) produced by electrolysis or remelting methods.
