Scope

This specification is applicable to the engineering design of newly built, expanded and reconstructed polysilicon plants using the hydrogen reduction method of trichlorosilane, and is also applicable to the engineering design of trichlorosilane synthesis, hydrogenation of silicon tetrachloride and purification of chlorosilanes in polysilicon plants using the silane disproportionation method design.
