- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of synthetic sapphire watch glass (hereinafter referred to as "watch glass"). This standard applies to watch glass made of synthetic sapphire. Inorganic watch glass can also be used with reference.
