Scope: This standard specifies the models and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of reciprocating oil pumps and water injection pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) used in oil fields. This standard is applicable to the transportation and transportation of crude oil with a temperature not higher than 95°C, a kinematic viscosity not exceeding 0.850 Pa • s, a mechanical impurity content not exceeding 30 mg/L, a solid particle size not exceeding 15 μm, and a moisture content not exceeding 2%. Reciprocating oil pump or water injection pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) for oil field sewage or clean water with a temperature not higher than 95°C and a total salinity not greater than 30 000 mg/L. This standard does not apply to reciprocating pumps used for cementing and fracturing.
