- Scope
- This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of reciprocating oil pumps and water injection pumps used in oil fields. This standard is applicable to crude oil with a transportation temperature not higher than 80°C, a kinematic viscosity not exceeding 850mm2/s, a mechanical impurity content not exceeding 30mg/L, a solid particle size not exceeding 15μm, a moisture content not exceeding 2% and a transportation temperature that is not high. Reciprocating oil pump or water injection pump for oil field sewage or clean water at 80°C, with total salinity not exceeding 30,000 mg/L, mechanical impurity content not exceeding 30 mg/L, and solid particle size not exceeding 15 μm. The rated discharge pressure range of the pump is 10~50MPa, and the rated flow range is 2~200m3/h. This standard does not apply to reciprocating pumps used for cementing and fracturing.
