- This standard provides guidelines for the use of mechanical disassembly, chemical analysis and compliance evaluation standards for the detection of toxic and hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products. This standard applies to electronic and electrical products with a designed rated voltage AC not exceeding 1 000 V and DC not exceeding 1 500 V; the components, parts, components and materials of the above products are also applicable to this standard.
