Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general provisions, acceptance of a complete set of equipment for waste heat recovery and utilization of sintering machines, acceptance of single machine trial operation, trial operation and acceptance of sub-systems, trial operation and acceptance of the complete set of startup equipment, and assessment of complete equipment. This standard is applicable to iron and steel enterprises that use ring or belt coolers and cooling sinter process waste heat with a cooling area of more than 100 m to perform power generation or heating equipment without supplementary combustion waste heat recovery and utilization technology.
