Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for environmental protection in terms of facility selection, equipment construction and modification, operation and pollution control for the collaborative disposal of solid waste using cement kilns. This standard applies to hazardous waste, domestic waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc.), urban and industrial sewage treatment sludge, animal and plant processing waste, contaminated soil, emergency waste and other solid waste in cement Co-processing in kilns. Cement products produced using fly ash, steel slag, sulfuric acid slag, blast furnace slag, coal gangue and other general industrial solid waste as alternative raw materials (including mixed materials) and fuel shall be subject to the provisions of Section 7.2 of this standard.
