Scope
This standard specifies the analysis method for the chemical composition of catalysts produced by oxidation of sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid. This standard applies to vanadium pentoxide (4%~10%), potassium sulfate (15%~25%), sodium sulfate (1%~15%), and phosphorus pentoxide (0.5%~ 3.5%), antimony trioxide (0.5%~3.5%), ferric oxide (0.2%~2%), silicon dioxide (>50) and determination of the mass fraction of loss on ignition.
