Scope
This standard specifies the analysis method for the chemical composition of catalysts produced by oxidation of sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid. This standard is applicable to vanadium pentoxide (4% to 10%), potassium sulfate (15% to 25%), sodium sulfate (1% to 15%), and phosphorus pentoxide (0.5%) in the catalyst for oxidation of sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid. ~3.5%), antimony trioxide (0.5% ~ 3%), ferric oxide (0.2% ~ 2%), silicon dioxide (more than 50%) and determination of the mass fraction of loss on ignition.
