Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, specifications, markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of marine membrane separation nitrogen generating devices (hereinafter referred to as nitrogen generating devices). This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of membrane separation nitrogen generating devices with a design pressure not greater than 3.0 MPa and a design temperature not greater than 150°C for ships (including offshore oil platforms).
