Scope: This part of SB/T 10794 specifies the special requirements for the structure, characteristics and performance of commercial refrigerated display cabinets (hereinafter referred to as beverage cabinets) used to sell and store beverages and foods. It also specifies the test conditions and test conditions for commercial beverage refrigerated display cabinets. Test methods, classification methods, grading methods and product markings and product characteristics information provided by the manufacturer. Examples of the scope of refrigerated cabinets applicable to this section are: 　——Closed beverage refrigerated display cabinets with self-contained condensing units mainly used in shops, hotels, restaurants and other places. This section does not apply to: 　——open beverage refrigerated display cabinets (GB/T 21001.2-2007); 　——beverage refrigerated display cabinets with remote condensing units (GB/T 21001.2-2007).
