Scope

This part of JB/T 5135 specifies the method for performance testing on a laboratory bench for a reciprocating piston ignited general-purpose small gasoline engine with a power of no more than 30 kW (hereinafter referred to as the gasoline engine). This section applies to gasoline engines for the following purposes: 　——lawn mowers; 　——chain saws; 　——generator units; 　——water pump units; 　——brush cutters; 　——tamping machines; 　——sprayers; 　——high-pressure cleaning Machine; 　——Cultivator; 　——Snowblower. This section does not apply to special-purpose gasoline engines such as motorcycles and outboard engines.
