Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials, structure and connections, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene diaphragm composite pipes. This standard is applicable to buried water supply and pressurized drainage pipes with working pressures less than or equal to 1.6MPa. It is also applicable to pipes transporting normal temperature media such as seawater and slurry.
