Scope

This standard specifies the prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes (hereinafter referred to Insulation pipe) and its insulation pipe fittings and insulation joints product structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labels, transportation and storage, etc. This standard applies to the manufacture and inspection of prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes, thermal insulation pipe fittings and thermal insulation joints with the temperature of the conveying medium (long-term operating temperature) not higher than 120°C and the occasional peak temperature not higher than 140°C.
