Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of small and medium-sized catering kitchen waste treatment and utilization equipment without centralized treatment. Require. This standard applies to kitchen waste treatment and utilization equipment in the catering industry (hereinafter referred to as kitchen waste treatment equipment). This standard does not apply to the treatment and utilization equipment of catering kitchen/kitchen waste water and household kitchen waste.
