Scope: This standard applies to the design of the equipment reliability test working conditions and environmental condition test cycle mentioned in Article 8.1 and 8.2 of GB5080.1. For recommended test conditions, see GB7288-87 "Recommended Test Conditions for Equipment Reliability Tests". When the "recommended test conditions" are not applicable, this standard gives the general procedure for the design of the test cycle. It specifies detailed steps and methods for the test cycle design of specific equipment reliability tests that need to accurately simulate actual service conditions. This standard applies to laboratory tests, but it is also applicable to field tests in terms of working conditions (including load, power supply, etc.). The tests designed according to this standard generally cannot replace the usual qualification tests, functional tests and environmental tests.
