Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of island polyester low elastic yarn, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard is applicable to products produced with alkali-soluble polyethylene terephthalate as the sea phase and polyethylene terephthalate as the island phase. The total linear density is 55.6 dtex ~ 333.3 dtex, and the single-filament linear density after fiber opening is 0.03 dtex～0.38 dtex, circular cross-section, semi-matt, fully matted island polyester low elastic yarn and mixed fiber yarn of island polyester low elastic yarn and high shrinkage polyester draft yarn. Other types of island polyester low elastic yarn can be used as a reference.
