Scope: This part is a part of the national standard GB/T 19816 concerning the sampling and testing of metallic abrasives for blast cleaning. Types of metallic abrasives and requirements for each type are covered in various parts of ISO 11124. ISO 11124 and GB/T 19816 are a series of standards related to metal abrasives for blast cleaning. See Appendix A for all information on these two series of standards. This part of GB/T 19816 specifies the sieving method for the determination of the particle size of metal abrasives for blast cleaning.
