Scope: This part is a part of the national standard GB/T 19816 concerning the sampling and testing of metallic abrasives for blast cleaning. Types of metallic abrasives and the requirements for each type are covered in the various parts of ISO 11124. ISO 11124 and GB/T 19816 are a series of standards related to metal abrasives for blast cleaning. See Appendix A for all information on these two series of standards. This part of GB/T 19816 specifies the test method for determining the percentage of defective particles and the microstructure of metallic abrasives for blast cleaning.
